{"id":472,"date":"2021-01-05T18:13:44","date_gmt":"2021-01-05T18:13:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aydinaghdashloofacts.com\/en\/?p=472"},"modified":"2021-01-28T20:59:21","modified_gmt":"2021-01-28T20:59:21","slug":"aydin-aghdashloo-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aydinaghdashloofacts.com\/en\/blog\/2021\/01\/05\/aydin-aghdashloo-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Aydin Aghdashloo&#8217;s Students never saw the behavior suggested."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Students of Aydin Aghdashloo have publicly affirmed the safe and positive environment at the academy and that they never saw the behavior suggested.<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the initial allegations shared against Aydin Aghdashloo, a group of more than 150 former students, many of them women, published&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iranart.news\/Section-news-2\/52309-statement-of-group-of-aydin-aghdashloo-students\">an open letter<\/a>&nbsp;affirming the positive and professional environment provided by Aydin Aghdashloo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to point out that beside the dozens of students participating in classes, Aghdashloo&#8217;s family members including his son and daughter were also regular students at his academy, spending many hours studying alongside other students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In multiple news outlets and on social media, the students confirmed that they never saw behavior suggested by <em>The New York Times<\/em> article. An excerpt from the statement noted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><em>As those who attended courses offered by Aydin Aghdashloo over many decades in a safe, professional, and constructive environment based on solidarity and growth, we have found him an inspiring artist, a caring teacher, a master, a companion, a confidant, a friend, a meticulous expert, and a critical thinker. More than anything, he has taught us how to live.
